How a project happens

Every project starts with a question

Notice something you genuinely want to understand. The best questions are the ones nobody has answered for you yet.

Test it, build it, measure it, ask people about it. Keep track of what you find, including the parts that surprise you.

Present it to a real audience at a conference, then publish it so other people can learn from what you worked out.

Projects appear here once young presenters and their families have approved them for sharing.
